Refund Policy
Plus renews monthly until canceled. Canceling stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current billing period; access continues through that paid period. The one-time products are not subscriptions and activate only after Stripe confirms payment. Checkout shows the final USD total and any applicable tax before payment.
1. Requests we review
We review timely requests involving:
- a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge;
- a confirmed technical failure that prevented the purchased report-type access from functioning as described;
- an entitlement or report-access problem that support cannot reasonably correct; or
- another basis required by applicable consumer law.
We may ask for information needed to locate the transaction, reproduce an access problem, prevent fraud, or verify that the request came from the account owner. Submitting within seven days does not create an automatic or no-questions-asked refund where the report-type access functioned as described, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Automatic renewals. A renewal charge is reviewed on the same basis as any other charge, and this release does not offer an automatic post-renewal refund window. If a subscription renewed when you had intended to cancel it, email us and we will review the request. Canceling in the billing portal always stops the next charge.
2. Cancellation and product boundaries
Existing Zohvia Plus subscriptions use a monthly plan that renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Zohvia does not sell a trial, consultation, astrologer review, hosted AI add-on, INR or UPI product, native app, or human-reviewed report in this release.
3. How to request review
Email support@das.media from the address associated with the account. Include the report type, approximate purchase date, and a concise description of the charge or access issue. Do not email a full card number, password, authentication token, or unnecessary birth details.
We do not publish a response or resolution deadline that the current support operation cannot guarantee. We will review the request and may first try to restore the report-type access that was purchased.
4. Approved refunds
- An approved refund is sent through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution control when the credit appears.
- Refunding or reversing a purchase ends the associated report-type entitlement and can revoke full-report link access created under it.
- The refunded amount and tax treatment follow the original charge and applicable requirements.
5. Abuse and payment disputes
We may deny a discretionary request where evidence indicates fraud, serial refund-and-repurchase behavior, unauthorized account use, or another abuse of the Service. This does not restrict a non-waivable statutory right. A chargeback or other payment reversal may suspend the related entitlement while Stripe and the payment network review the dispute, and a lost dispute can end that access.
6. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits any non-waivable right you have under the law of your own country or state of residence.
7. Statutory rights
Applicable consumer law may give you additional cancellation, refund, repair, or digital-content rights. This policy does not exclude or limit a right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
